Emilia Tapsall, Global Head of Sales and Delivery

Emilia leads the global account management team at OpenExchange, providing training and operational oversight. In addition, she heads the delivery of high-touch virtual meetings, conferences, and event services across the organization. Before joining OpenExchange, Emilia worked as an investment banker in Deutsche Bank’s Global Industrials Group, advising clients on strategic initiatives, M&A, and capital markets. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.

Andrew Denlow, SVP Global Sales

Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in webcasting sales and relationship management to his role at OpenExchange. His career began with TalkPoint in the early 2000s, and he has since partnered with numerous Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies to enhance their communication strategies. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Andrew is based in Evanston, IL, where he lives with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he’s a passionate sports fan – especially when it comes to baseball and the Chicago Cubs.

Kristen Conklin, Americas

Kristen has been with OpenExchange for over five years, joining during a period of rapid growth and evolution. With a background in Communications and a broad range of experience – from hybrid technical support to project and account management – she now specializes in the Zoom partnership as an Account Manager. Based in Rye Beach, New Hampshire, Kristen enjoys boating along the New England coast, hosting friends and family, and spending time with her dog, Brady.

Cara Dingenthal, Americas

Cara brings over a decade of corporate meeting planning experience to her role as Senior Account Executive at OpenExchange. Specializing in the Zoom partnership, her high-energy demos inspire clients to create events that truly engage their audiences. She has worked across corporate, pharmaceutical, association, and non-profit sectors. Outside of work, Cara enjoys hiking and skiing in the mountains, making homemade pasta, and savoring good wine.

Dyanne Holland, APAC

Dyanne joined OpenExchange in January 2025 to help support the growing APAC client base. With over 20 years of experience in Investor Relations and Financial Communications, she has a strong track record of connecting corporates with key stakeholders across global markets including Sydney, London, and Singapore. Now based in New Zealand, Dyanne enjoys cycling, hiking, and exploring off the beaten track in her campervan with her two boys.

Peter Georgiou, EMEA

Peter joined OpenExchange as a Senior Project Manager for Events in 2025, bringing deep expertise in event management, customer relations, and operational strategy. He focuses on driving regional growth and delivering tailored experiences that maximize client success. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement, Peter thrives in high-pressure environments. When he’s not leading teams or streamlining processes, he enjoys exploring new ideas and mentoring others.
