The Boston Globe has named OpenExchange as one of the top 150 workplaces in Massachusetts in 2021, based on anonymous employee surveys administered in companies across the Commonwealth.
The announcement was made on December 1, 2021, and the list will be featured in the December 5th edition of the Boston Globe Magazine. OpenExchange appears on a list of the 55 top medium-sized companies in Massachusetts.
“At a time when nothing about work seems certain, these 150 Massachusetts companies make sure to put employees first,” wrote the Globe editors. “In the midst of a historic wave of resignations and a full-blown hiring crisis, employers know they have to pull out all the stops to attract new employees, as well as to keep the ones they have. And the companies that made The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work list this year are going gangbusters.”
