When You’re in Touch with OpenExchange, Inc. Online
- We don’t confirm transactions or identities over chat apps. OpenExchange, Inc. never verifies registrations, processes payments, or confirms wire instructions through WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, or similar platforms. Treat any such request as fraudulent.
- Never share your credentials. Access to OpenExchange, Inc. event platforms is granted through secure, individual login — not through anyone who asks you to hand over a password, one-time code, or login link, even if they claim to work for OpenExchange, Inc. or one of our clients.
- Treat unexpected outreach with caution. Be wary of unsolicited emails, texts, or calls that appear to come from OpenExchange, Inc., especially around meeting registration, event access, or scheduling. Look closely at the sender’s address — spoofed domains often swap a letter or number (for example, a “1” in place of an “l”) to look legitimate at a glance.
- Don’t click through blind. Hover over links before clicking, and be cautious opening attachments in emails that claim to be from OpenExchange, Inc.. A mismatched destination URL is a strong signal of a spoofed message.
- Only correspond with verified OpenExchange, Inc. addresses. Our team communicates from our corporate domain only — never from personal webmail or lookalike domains. If a message intended for an OpenExchange, Inc. contact ends up going to some other address, don’t send it.
- When in doubt, verify directly. If anything about an email, message, or call feels off — including around scheduling interviews, calls, or event logistics — confirm with your known OpenExchange, Inc. contact directly, or reach out using the contact information at the end of this document.
